What are your internal rules?

We invite you to take advantage of all the living spaces available to you in a friendly and respectful manner for everyone's privacy.

Guests undertake to respect the peaceful nature of the place and use it in accordance with their intended purpose. They also undertake to occupy the premises personally, in accordance with the number of people expected, to live in them and maintain them “as a good father of a family” and ensure to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood.

They also undertake to return the rooms and/or apartment in good condition. In the event of damage or theft, hosts or tenants undertake to reimburse the costs incurred.

In compliance with decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, smoking is prohibited in the entire accommodation. Ashtrays are at your disposal in the garden.

Do you process my reservation immediately?

When you make your reservation either on our website, you will be asked to register your bank card details (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) directly on the secure platform, this step is essential to guarantee your reservation.
We do not proceed to cash the reservation immediately. The credit card used for the reservation will therefore not be charged except in the case of a special non-refundable offer. The total amount of the reservation and any supplements will be payable on the day of departure.
We accept a wide range of payment methods: Cash, Master Card, Visa, American Express. We do not accept Checks, Holiday Vouchers and Restaurant Tickets.


What are your cancellation or refund conditions?

  • In the event of cancellation 5 days or more before the start of the stay, we will simply cancel your stay free of charge.
  • In the event of cancellation less than 5 days before the start of the stay, the entire amount of the reservation remains forfeited and due to the owner*.
  • In the event of no-show on the day of arrival, the entire amount of the reservation for the stay will be due to the owner*.*regardless of the cause of termination.


What are the arrival times and departure times?

Arrivals are generally between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. All late or early arrivals are subject to prior agreement.
Whenever possible, it is always preferable to indicate an approximate arrival time when booking to be able to welcome you personally on site.
On the last day, departures are at 11 a.m. at the latest.

What times do you serve breakfast?

Breakfast is INCLUDED in the room rate if you stay at LA VILLA DIANE.
It can be served from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the dining room or in the garden if the weather permits (An earlier morning service is possible for early risers on simple request).

We offer you an individual tray with a French breakfast: Bread, butter, homemade jam, fruit juice, yogurt, cereals and pastries.

We also suggest, as an extra, to accompany your traditional breakfast with a little savory note (gourmet breakfast): scrambled eggs, club sandwich, fresh fruit and regional cheeses.

Please indicate if you follow a special diet or in case of intolerance, so that we can offer you a suitable breakfast.


Accessibilities

Pets 

Animals are not accepted for reasons of hygiene and allergies, except by exceptional agreement and under conditions (no going on mattresses/sofas, no excrement/pee in the garden, no nuisance for neighbors… ).

A supplement of 10€/night will be requested.

In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the tenant, the owner or his representative will refuse the stay and no refund will be made.

Claims

All complaints, whatever their nature, must be made by mail (La Villa DIANE- 165 Chemin de Mirel 82000 Montauban) or by email: lavilladiane82@gmail.com within eight days after the departure date. We undertake to respond within 48 hours.
